St. Cecilia is hosting a Natural Family Planning class series starting on January 11, then continuing on February 8, and March 8, 2026. The course is free to St. Cecilia parishioners and only $80 for non-parishioners. Come discover the beauty of God's plan for fertility!

ARE YOU PLANNING TO ATTEND THE 4:00 PM MASS ON CHRISTMAS EVE? To help alleviate street and parking lot congestion, we have arranged for a shuttle service from the Memorial High School parking lot for the 4:00 pm Christmas Eve Mass. You can park at Memorial High School, 935 Echo Lane, and ride in the comfortable coach to the front doors of St. Cecilia. Please consider using this option as a kindness to the residents of the neighborhood.

On Friday, Feb. 6, from 7-9 pm, Bobby Angel & Jackie Francois Angel will present "Catholic Dating 101" to young and single adults. This will be followed by "Forgiveness: The Heart of the Sacrament of Matrimony," a seminar for married couples on Sat. Feb. 7 from 9 a.m. to Noon. Register now to guarantee your seats!

This fall is the time to make scarves and hats for the needy men, women, and children in our Houston community. If you can’t knit or crochet, we encourage you to donate yarn or purchase warm hats and scarves to share. Sharing the warmth of Christ’s love through this ministry is very fulfilling. Any items can be dropped at the Pastoral Office until November 24th. If you need supplies to get started. Please go to the office and pick up some yarn. Integrating faith into daily living comes naturally to some, but for most married couples in the midst of raising children, it's a struggle. Join us for a lively 7-part Tuesday night series this Fall that will help you embrace the Art of Catholic Family Life! Also great for engaged couples! The series begins September 23 and ends November 18 with a fun Thanksgiving social.

We invite all parishioners, ministry leaders, and volunteers to attend an Active Shooter Response Training led by two highly experienced safety professionals and St. Cecilia Parishioners. This training will provide practical guidance on how to respond in the event of a violent incident, focusing on awareness, preparedness, and life-saving actions.
