The ministry to the homebound and nusing homes is made up of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHCs) who visit homebound parishioners weekly and bring them holy communion, news from the parish and a current bulletin, so they will feel they are still a vital part of our parish family. In addition to the homebound we also make weekly visits , bringing communion to Cathollic residents in the areas nursing homes. Mass is celebrated once a month at each of these facilities.
