As we prepare to move into a new year of ministry in the Fall, we are asking each ministry who uses St. Cecilia’s property, to join us for a Ministry Leaders Meeting.
You must attend the meeting in order to schedule your space for next year. If you as a ministry leader cannot make either meeting, please designate someone to attend for your ministry. It is imperative that at least one representative from your St. Cecilia Catholic Church ministry attends one of the two policies and procedures meetings.
The first session will take place in the St. Cecilia auditorium on Thursday, May 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the second session will be on Saturday, May 19 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Ministry leaders, please make sure at least one representative from your ministry attends one of the two sessions. Please expect a sign-up link in your e-mail where you will be able to register for the meeting.
