Altar Server

Altar Servers (boys and girls) assist the priest and deacon by carrying the processional cross, candles, books, incense, and anything else that may be needed during the liturgy.  They also help to set a good example for the assembly by their active participation in the prayers of the mass.  Boys and girls must be 10 years of age or older to participate in this ministry.  Primary training is held in the spring and fall, and parents and servers must commit to attending regular refresher classes, and serving when scheduled.
