We invite you to join the St. Cecilia Women’s Club in offering, “Hearts, Hospitality, and Service” to the parish this coming year. Membership is open to all adult women of the parish. Monthly meetings are generally scheduled on the first Friday of each month. Meetings include a variety of enlightening and entertaining programs, featuring guest speakers and special events. Service Outside Our Meetings
Can’t attend meetings? You can still serve!
The Women’s Club plays an essential role in the life of the parish. Most notably, they assist the Pastoral Staff as ministers of hospitality to families who choose St. Cecilia as the place for a loved one’s funeral or memorial service. As “Good Neighbors,” they provide food, and serve as hostesses for the reception following the liturgy. Indeed, it is the gift of hospitality during a family’s most difficult moments of grief that stands at the heart of our ministry.
The Altar Guild
Open to all women of the parish! The Altar Guild has been expanded to 6 teams of ladies who provide light custodial duties in the chapel and sanctuary. We hope to expand this to 12 teams. This service for God’s house is the easiest ministry of all, requiring a time commitment of just one to two hours per year!
Help Us Provide Gifts and Scholarships
The Women’s Club generously provides support to multiple groups within the parish through charitable gifts and scholarships. Our gifts to the parish vary each year. We directly support the parish at Oktoberfest through our Sweet Tooth Booth (candy and lemonade). In 2012, we initiated an annual $1,000.00 Day School Scholarship.

Checks for annual dues in the amount of $20.00 should be made payable to “St. Cecilia Women’s Club.” Please write “”WC Dues” in the Memo section of your check.
